Vines & Harvest: Selected vines harvested exclusively in the Kannaviou region from a single vineyard. Manual harvest during October.
Vinification & Maturation: Classic red wine fermentation. Maturation for 12 months in french oak casks
Food pairing suggestions: Red meats, game, semi-hard cheeses and pasta with creamy sauces. Decanting for 30 minutes is recommended.
Ideal Serving Temperature: 16-18⁰C.
