Intense ruby coloured wine with delicious aromas of strawberries, cherries and wild rose as well as a hint of oak. On the palate it is rich and vibrant with balanced acidity and density, and juicy tannins.
Grape Variety: Maratheftiko , Syrah , Mourvèdre
Vine & Harvest: Selected grapes harvested exclusively in the Kannaviou region. Manual harvest starts from August (Syrah) until late October (Maratheftiko).
Vinification & Maturation: Classic red wine fermentation. Partial maturation for 4 months in oak casks.
Food pairing suggestions: Red meats, game, cold cuts, aged cheeses and spicy dishes.
Ideal Serving Temperature:14-16⁰C.
